Tales of a City: Vilnius is the starting point of a continuous illustration project that explores cities through fragments, atmosphere, and imagined narratives. It functions as a visual diary of the city — its daily rush and quiet pauses, legends, atmosphere, and the elusive Vilnius-ness that shapes its rhythm and character. The series translates everyday urban moments into illustrations paired with short micro-stories, focusing on emotional memory rather than documentation.
This Vilnius chapter marks the origin of the project — an intuitive, exploratory space where visual language, rhythm, and storytelling methods are tested and allowed to grow, forming the foundation for future chapters in other cities.
